After launching yesterday's changes to Tiny.ly, we have come to realize that using a frame forward simply will not work with some websites. Specifically, sites such as facebook and twitter, which many of our users like to shorten URSs for, refuse to load correctly from within a frame. Tiny.ly will continue to check all links for phishing and malware, but for now we will not be able to provide a direct way for users to flag such content.
We will continue to monitor and make changes as necessary to maintain the integrity of the tiny.ly URL shortening service.

Due to fraudsters recently using Tiny.ly to mask links to Phishing sites and Malware sites, Tiny.ly has made several changes to improve security. In addition so several internal changes, all links are now run through the Google Safe Browsing API before forwarding the user to the link.
Also, Tiny.ly now uses a frame forward. This will allow users to see that the link has been tested through the Google Safe Browsing API, and should reassure the user that the website you are forwarding users to is safe.
Should a user come across a Tiny.ly redirect that is phishing (attempting to steal passwords of users), or distributing malware/virus, the user can now report the website.
These changes were necessary to maintain the integrity of Tiny.ly, and ensure that Tiny.ly can continue to be a safe website for the millions of end users who use Tiny.ly every day!
